Key Ingredients
Medicinal mushrooms have been treasured for thousands of years. Clinically studied, research indicates that select mushrooms can help support a healthy immune system. Healeo Ultra Immunity SFx* utilizes three specific mushroom mycelia: Agaricus, Maitake and Shiitake. The fruiting bodies of mushrooms can be difficult to digest and utilize due to well-developed covalent bonds in their cell walls. Mushroom mycelium, however, has soft cell walls, which makes it easier for the body to assimilate. The three mycelia in Healeo Ultra Immunity SFx* are carefully monitored throughout the growing process to ensure complete development of all their active beneficial constituents, including potent enzymes.
Healeo Ultra Immunity SFx* includes Acerola extract, produced from berries grown near the rainforest in Brazil in certified organic orchards and handpicked at the optimum time when the color reveals their peak vitamin C content. The berries are then stored at temperatures just above freezing to preserve their vital nutrients. Vitamin C is a water-soluble nutrient that supports healthy immune function.
Sprouted seeds have long been recognized and consumed for their abundant nutritional value, and for good reason. All of the vibrant energy destined to become the full-grown plant is concentrated within the emerging sprout. Healeo Ultra Immunity SFx* includes organic Broccoli and Barley Sprouts, which support healthy immune function. Each sprout is grown from certified organic seeds that are carefully selected to produce the most nutritious sprouts and are specially handled to protect and preserve vital, enzymatically-active constituents and other phytonutrients inherent in each natural sprout.
Grass juices are considered one of nature’s superfoods. They provide naturally-occurring protein, amino acids, essential nutrients, enzymes and chlorophyll. Wheat Grass is the young grass of the wheat plant and is harvested early when nutrients, enzymatic activity and chlorophyll content are at their peak. Healeo Ultra Immunity SFx* includes Wheat Grass juice that employs a proprietary cold-temperature juicing and drying process to preserve all the nourishment and active constituents of the plant while eliminating the indigestible cellulose fibers. Approximately 30 pounds of certified organic wheat grass juice is concentrated into one pound of the wheat grass juice powder used in Healeo Ultra Immunity SFx*. Wheat Grass has been shown to support immune-boosting activity.
